Dr. Sammie LAM graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and an undergraduate degree in pathology. There, she represented the university at public health conferences, led the One Health Society as president, and achieved three merits for outstanding results in her final veterinary exams.

During her clinical rotations, Dr. LAM developed a particular interest in diagnostic imaging and was awarded a project prize for her investigations into the role of ultrasonography in monitoring bone healing in dogs following Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomies.

Dr. LAM is excited to return home following her studies abroad and provide care to the dogs and cats of Hong Kong. In her free time, she can be found with her own dogs Pappy, Potter and Archie; cafe-hopping or training for her next big run!
