How is the CityU VMC Premier PetPlan different to pet insurance?
Our CityU VMC Premier PetPlan is designed to cover the services and products not typically covered by pet insurance, like annual vaccinations, consultations and dental procedures, as well as products like pet food. The focus truly is on revention, and what we can do for our pets to keep them happy and healthy, rather than cover for their medical costs when they have become sick or injured.
Is there a waiting period after I become a member?
No! Unlike pet insurance policies, there’s no waiting period. Enjoy the benefits from the moment you join. Our focus is to work with you to make pets happier and healthier, and therefore you can join during or at the end of your vet visit to redeem benefits straight away.
