Online booking for Covid-19 Testing. Vaccination and Revisit only (provided by Primary Care Veterinarians)
At this moment, we only accept Covid-19 Testing, vaccination and revisit of clients via online booking system. For other bookings, please call us on 3650 3000
Owners may request a Covid-19 test for their pets through online booking only. The test will cost HK$450 and will be available from Monday to Saturday. This is a contactless consultation to conduct for sample collection. A nurse will collect the pet from the owner and a deep throat swab will be collected.
No consult fee is charged. Owners will not meet our Veterinarians. We will only collect a sample from your pets.
If your pet is unwell and a medical exam is required, a separate consultation fee will be charged.
If a pet returns a positive Covid-19 sample, the case will be referred to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), AFCD will arrange all follow up on the case.
A fee of HKD $50 will be charged to your account for bookings which are not attended or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Consultation fees and duration may vary according to the qualifications of the Veterinarian.
If your booking is for routine vaccinations or rabies for the first time, you must bring along the pet’s vaccination record or the rabies license issued by the AFCD on the day of the appointment.
Appointment timeslots available
Online booking system can be used 7 days a week & 24 hours a day. You can make an appointment up to 14 days in advance, however same day appointments cannot be booked. The available timeslots are from 10:00am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:00pm only.
If the appointment information is incorrect or insufficient, the appointment may be automatically deleted from the system without further notice.
When an appointment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided immediately. And an email reminder will be sent by you 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please make changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
