Dr. Edward Kit Hang Ho was born and raised in Hong Kong. Since he was young, he has been curious about the animal world, especially reptilian species. After finishing secondary school in Hong Kong, he had decided to move to Taiwan and pursue the dream of being a Vet. During 5 years of study, he spent most of his spare time in a locally well-known exotic animal hospital as an intern. He also did placement in an endangered species rescue centre, where he was rewarded an extraordinary, fruitful summer with different primates, bears and tiger etc.

Besides the interest of working with wild and exotic animals. Dr. Ho also has a strong interest in small animal practice. He has chosen to spend the last semester solely practising small animal medicine and surgery in the teaching hospital.

Dr. Ho returned to Hong Kong and joined CityU VMC after graduation and developed a strong interest in the field of Emergency and Critical care. He is currently a member of the VMC emergency team, hoping to deliver the best medical service to all the patients in need.
