Dr. Angela H. K. TSE
Dr. Angela Tse graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland, School of Veterinary Science. Immediately upon graduation, Dr. Angela was accepted on a rotating medical and surgical internship by Queensland Veterinary Specialists, one of the largest, most reputable specialist and 24-hours Emergency hospital in Brisbane. This invaluable experience allowed her to realise that her interest lay in emergency and critical care and saving critical patients became her mission.
During her time in Australia, Dr. Angela continued to work as an emergency veterinarian and loved every moment of it.
Being an animal lover, Angela volunteered at local shelters on a weekly basis to desex dogs and cats. She also lived in an indigenous community for a month in rural Australia to provide wellness and preventative medicine to animals in need.
This year, Dr. Angela is excited to move back to her home town and join CityU VMC, practicing gold standard veterinary medicine. She is studying for a post-graduate course on Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care offered by the University of Melbourne and plans to sit the ANZCVS Membership Examination in the next few years.
Outside work, she can be found hiking, travelling or building her humble aquarium. Most importantly, she is owned by her beloved rescue cat Pixie who travelled with her all the way from Australia.
