幼貓幼犬計劃 – 條款及細則 

Kitten & Puppy Program – Terms and Conditions 

1. 計劃資格與有效期 / Eligibility & Validity

• 寵物於登記此計劃時必須為 1 歲或以下。 Pets must be aged 1 year or younger at the time of enrollment.
• 計劃有效期為自購買日起計 1 年（365天）。所有未使用的餘額及福利將於到期後自動失效，恕不退款或延期。 The program is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. All unused credit balances and benefits will automatically expire thereafter and are non-refundable and non-extendable.

2. 計劃費用與支付方式 / Program Fee & Payment Methods

• 參加本計劃須一次性支付港幣 $999 元，此費用將全數轉為服務儲值金。 Enrollment requires a one-time fee of HK$999, which will be fully credited as service storage value.
• 支付方式與城大動物醫療中心現行接受的常規支付方式完全一致。 Accepted payment methods are identical to the current general payment methods accepted by CityU VMC.
• 儲值金僅適用於疫苗接種、體內外驅蟲及絕育服務。 The service credits are applicable only to vaccination, deworming, and desexing services.
• 兌換的疫苗接種、驅蟲和絕育服務將按當時的實際價格提供，並依照該服務的原有條款與規定執行。 The redeemed vaccination, deworming, and desexing services will be provided at their actual prices at the time, in accordance with the original terms and conditions of each service.
• 儲值金不可兌換現金、不設找續，且不可轉讓予其他寵物或主人。 Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable to other pets or owners.

3. 餘額支付 / Balance & Shortfall Payment

• 若儲值金餘額不足以支付下一次服務，寵物主人須即時支付全額差價。 If the remaining credit balance is insufficient for the next service, the owner must pay the difference in full immediately.

4. 預約及取消政策 / Booking & Cancellation Policy

• 常規預約： 所有醫療服務均須提前預約。請致電預約熱線 3650 3000 依常規程序安排行程。 Standard Booking: All medical services require prior appointment. Please call our hotline at 3650 3000 to make arrangements as usual.
• 更改、取消及未能出席： 所有關於預約的更改、取消或未能出席之安排，均按照城大動物醫療中心現行的常規條款及細則執行。 Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show: All arrangements regarding appointment changes, cancellations, or no-shows shall be executed in accordance with the current general terms and conditions of CityU VMC.

5. 迎新禮品及購物現金券 / Welcome Gifts & Vouchers

• Royal Canin幼犬/幼貓產品套裝： 每名參加者可獲贈一套，數量有限，送完即止。禮品不可更換或退換。 Royal Canin Puppy/Kitten Product Kit: One kit per enrollment, available while stocks last. Gift items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• 城大寵康薈網上購物禮券： 價值港幣 $100 元。相關使用之條款及細則請參閱該禮券列明內容。 CityU Vet Boutique Online Shopping Voucher: Valued at HK$100. Please refer to the voucher for specific terms and conditions.
• Royal Canin 禮券： 價值港幣 $50 元，適用於購買指定幼貓幼犬糧。相關使用之條款及細則請參閱該禮券列明內容。 Royal Canin Voucher: Valued at HK$50, applicable for the purchase of designated kitten or puppy food. Please refer to the voucher for specific terms and conditions.

6. 城大動物醫療中心寵物主人工作坊 / Pet Owner Workshop

• 每名參加者可免費參與 1 場寵物主人工作坊，最多可供 2 人出席（價值港幣 $450 元）。 Each participant is eligible to attend one free pet owner workshop, with up to two persons attending (valued at HKD $450).
• 工作坊的舉辦日期及詳情將於 城大動物醫療中心 官方社交媒體平台（Facebook 及 Instagram）公佈。 Workshop schedules and details will be announced on CityU VMC’s official social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• 報名採用先到先得形式，主人須根據社交平台上的指示自行提前登記，且必須在登記時註明其為「幼貓幼犬計劃」之會員身份以作核對。 Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners must pre-register online following social media instructions and must remark their identity as a "Kitten & Puppy Program" member during registration for verification purposes.

7. 一般條款 / General Terms

• 城大動物醫療中心（CityU VMC）保留隨時修改此條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。 CityU VMC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 中英文版本如有任何歧異，概以中文版本為準。 In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• 如有任何爭議，城大動物醫療中心 將保留最終決定權。 In the event of any dispute, CityU VMC reserves the right of final decision.
