Dr. Jaclyn graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2015. She then entered small animal general practice in the southeast of England for eight years.

She believes strongly in being an all-rounded vet to care for her patients and achieved a postgraduate certificate in both Small Animal Surgery and Small Animal Internal Medicine, and has gained clinical experience in Emergency and Critical Care.

In 2023, she moved to Hong Kong and has enjoyed exploring the city and its outlying islands. In her spare time, she likes to keep fit with indoor bouldering, yoga, and other fitness activities.
